Elevating JCB's Asian heritage for European markets, we crafted a campaign centered on Omotenashi—Japan's art of sincere hospitality. Through animated watercolour illustrations inspired by Nihonga and a series of dynamic video ads, we highlighted JCB’s innovative tradition.
The campaign combined OOH, HTML banners, and talking-head videos to tell a cohesive story of trust, care, and partnership, bringing “Better With Omotenashi” to life with bold creativity and cultural authenticity.
